The unfinished cement floor stains easily. (The winter much that drips off the car is a dirty fine grime. It dries and can be swept out but leaves a dark stain which I hope will powerwash away.) I hope by applying some kind of epoxy or sealer I can prevent this and other dirts from accumulating. I assume they can be easily swept or blown out.
will it peel off?
Will it chip if you drop something?
Can it be patched easily?
How easy is it to apply for a professional looking finish?
You can add color flakes and these add some extra traction so a wet floor isn't as slippery.
Transparent Stains?
How good is the clear sealer compared to epoxy?
Can you add "grit" to give it extra traction? Does this make it harder to sweep clean?
